ARTISTIC VISION | TECHNICAL SKILL | CONSISTENCY

Good photography can be artistic or technically well done. Great photography is a mix of both. It starts with being able to see things differently, having the vision to look at something ordinary and compose it into an interesting story. But once the composition is identified, it takes a level of skill to create an outstanding image. Most photographers fall into either the creative or the mechanical side of the craft. A rare few have both the vision and the technical skill,  I am one of those that walks in both worlds. I am an award-winning photographer based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. One of those awards being the prestigious title of Master Photographer, a designation from the Professional Photographers of America. The Master Photographer honor is a coveted accolade that recognizes the highest level of proficiency, artistry, and technical expertise in the field of photography. It is a testament to unwavering dedication, passion, and mastery of the art form.

Experience Counts

ARTISTIC VISION | TECHNICAL SKILL | CONSISTENCY
"With more than two decades of experience, I have photographed hundreds of weddings, covered a myriad of events, galas and corporate projects, and I have created more portraits than I can count. All of this experience has prepared me for almost anything. Very rarely do events go exactly as planned, the benefit of my experience is those unplanned issues don't cause panic. Rest easy knowing you are in very capable hands and your photos are going to turn out great." - Sean

My Style As A Photographer

Bold, Dramatic Storytelling
"Light makes photography. Embrace light. Admire it. Love it. But above all, know light. Know it for all you are worth, and you will know the key to photography."
-George Eastman

Light is a magical thing, it is both soft and hard, it can be warm or cold. It can reveal textures and shapes or conceal them. As a photographer, light is one of my most important tools – knowing where to find it or how to make it, shape it and, when needed, remove it. Not all light is equal, and not all stories are the same, even the exact same location at a different time of the day can tell a unique story. It is my goal to understand you and tell your story. Since stories are made fuller by the details, I strive for detail in the highlights and the shadows, richness in color and a texture you can feel with your eyes. Images should let your gaze dance around the composition but always return to the subject. My style of photography is best described as vivid, visual-storytelling.
