Some things are better kept secret. No it isn’t shoots with girls in bikinis… it’s candles, body lotions and bath foams. If she finds out what I have been photographing she will make me work in trade for product for certain. Here are a few of the wonderful French Home Envy products I get to photograph.

With only a few weeks before Valentines day, what better time of year to be a little sassy and have some boudoir or pinup photos made. You have been good with your New Years resolutions. That extra time in the gym is starting to pay off, so lets take advantage of the hard work you have put in (and if you are not at your goal, don’t fear… I am well versed in digital body sculpting). Packages offered with or without a hair and makeup stylist, in studio or on location. Don’t delay scheduling time, V-day is just around the corner. And for the boys don’t think this is just for the ladies, is you are wanting to show off those abs or biceps you have been so diligently working on this is for you as well. Nothing says I love you like showing a little skin. Oh and sorry for the Timberlake reference but what can I say except… get your sexy on.

In my business I run into a variety of interesting people, this entry is about Traci (who is several of them). I jokingly call her crazy Traci, mostly because every time I talk to her she is having some new awesome adventure. I met her when she was assisting a mutual friend with floral creation and since she was an aspiring photographer she soon started assisting me on a few of my sessions. Traci has a contagious enthusiasm and a “tell it like it is” style that i enjoy. Traci finds random and exciting things to be involved with… things like roller derby, sport bikes and more recently women’s football. I am sure by the time this posts she will have found a new hobby but here are some of the football themed boudoir photos done last season.

Whenever I fly, I like to choose a window seat. It is the worst place to be in case of a lavatory need but you really can’t beat the view. Because people watching tunes photographic skill, when not looking out the window, I watch people. Sometimes passengers will look out to try and get a glimpse of the grand canyon or some other landmark that the pilot points out, but mostly they are entranced in a movie on their computer or the sky mall catalog. Most fail to note anything of interest out the window. Given that clouds are something most people see on a regular basis I guess they just don’t see any difference being up close. I say, as cool as a sunset on billowy clouds can be from the ground, there is something unique about being in or above them. Next time you fly, spend a few minutes looking at things from an elevated perspective.
